We are looking for a Global Talent Marketing Manager (f/m/d). This role is a key role within the Global Talent Attraction team; a decentralized and truly global environment, operating within a global Talent Acquisition center of expertise.

The role will report to the Global Head of Talent Attraction.

You’ll make an impact:

  • As a subject matter expert in communications, you will understand our global critical talent audiences, living and breathing their behaviors and motivations to define your overall Talent Attraction strategy

  • Developing Siemens strategy as Employer of Choice for professionals and early talents. Creating and managing a global talent communications, channel and content strategy, engaging and inspiring our critical hiring audiences, spanning across owned, earned and paid channels

  • Developing and overseeing Siemens University Relations Attraction strategy

  • Developing and overseeing our global Recruitment Marketing strategy, including managing key global vendors

  • Evaluating the success of your programs and campaigns by analyzing key performance indicators

  • Establishing a positive relationship with local country and business led TA operations and leaders, as well as key partners across the broader Siemens eco-system (e.g. Global Communications, Talent Acquisition Technology, Talent Programs and Leadership) with a core focus on collaboration, enablement and continuous improvement

  • Lead, develop, and mentor a small team of highly skilled and passionate specialists responsible for building and fostering relationships

You’ll win us over by:

  • Bachelors or Master’s degree in HR Management, Marketing, Branding or Communication or significant and progressive experience in talent acquisition, talent attraction, employer branding. Proven understanding of TA delivery and operations required

  • Significant experience operating at a strategic level in a global, complex organization

  • Significant experience working in change management or in an environment undergoing significant strategic change

  • Significant and demonstratable leadership experience, ideally in a fast-paced and globally operating environment on a functional level

  • Solid business sense to understand business priorities and initiatives and how this translates to attracting graduates and experienced professionals

  • Ability to build effective networks and maintain a close dialogue with key partners in pursuit of defined goals.

  • Refined communication and presentation skills on all levels inside the organization as well as to strategic external partners. A dedicated, resilient, energetic individual able to respond constructively to challenge and consider diverse perspectives

  • Fluent English
