ABOUT YOU
We are looking for a Go/Python Developer who is detail-oriented, collaborative, and technically innovative to join our Data Services team. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, highly collaborative, and dynamic setting and be excited to design and optimize data services that power analytical capabilities and product metrics.
Strong analytical and technical skills are essential, along with experience in high-load data service development. The ability to create efficient data processing workflows and optimize data structures will be key to your success in this role.

Responsibilities

• Develop new and maintain existing data services to ensure robust functionality.
• Aggregate, match, and clean large datasets (1+e9) using Go/Python.
• Design and develop REST APIs for efficient data access.
• Create and manage data processing workflows (Data Workflows) to support scalable solutions.
• Optimise data structures and algorithms for high-performance data handling.
• Integrate  attribution systems such as Adjust and Singular

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Mining, Machine Learning, Data Science, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in data engineering or a related role.
• Demonstrated ability to work in collaborative and interdisciplinary team environments.
• Proficiency in Python or Go programming with a focus on scalability and efficiency.
• Experience in data services development with a focus on high-load applications.
• Proven expertise in REST API development and integration.
• 3+ years of overall software development experience, including end-to-end project work.

Good To Have

• Knowledge of methods and tools for processing large datasets and implementing data pipelines.
• Hands-on experience in data flow processing with tools like Prefect or Airflow.
• Master’s degree in Data Science and Engineering or a closely related field.
• Experience in architecting data services for complex applications.
• Development experience in A/B testing systems and metrics for industrial projects.
• Practical experience in developing and optimising data pipelines for production.
• Familiarity with NoSQL database development and management.
