Every day starts with an energetic morning meeting, prepping the trucks, and then you and a partner hit the road! You will make anywhere between 6 and 8 scheduled stops a day, giving customers in-person estimates before removing their unwanted items – we take anything that isn’t hazardous to our team.After filling up your truck, you will either bring the materials back to our warehouse to be sorted and recycled, or stop by one of the waste to energy facilities we partner with, before heading to the next job on your route. Every day is different because no two stops are the same!Pay and benefits
As a member of our incredible team, you will earn a competitive pay of $25-$28/hour, made up of a base pay of $15 per hour, tips, and commision. We also offer free breakfast, monthly bonuses, DAILY cash tips, paid volunteer time, as well as paid training on top of the more traditional benefits of health insurance and a 401K with 4% match.Requirements
Due to the nature of this position, you MUST be at least 18 years of age. Valid Driver’s License is HIGHLY preferred, but we are willing to make exceptions for exceptional candidates!
