• Variety: Splitting your time across the different events, getting involved in researching key event topics and themes, sourcing industry speakers, and creating engaging content for the event websites
• Client-facing: They work with some big-names in their industries, and you will have to opportunity to build business relationships over the phone to invite these clients as speakers
• Training: Learn the ropes from the supportive team around you, with regular training sessions and opportunities for external training days
• Progression: Gain more and more responsibility as you work your way up, eventually managing your own events!
• Travel: You get the opportunity to travel to many of their international events – how does a trip to North America and Europe sound?

Requirements:

• A 2:1 or above (or equivalent) in a relevant degree subject
• Any transferable experience in, or exposure to, market research, project management, sales, recruitment, and marketing, would be a bonus but is not essential as they will train you in what you need to know
