The KLA Services organization partners with our field teams and customers in all business sectors to maintain the high performance and productivity of our products through a flexible portfolio of services. Our comprehensive services include: proactive management of tools to identify and improve performance; expertise in optics, image processing and motion control with worldwide service engineers, 24/7 technical support teams and knowledge management systems; and an extensive parts network to ensure worldwide availability of parts.Job Description/Preferred QualificationsManufacturingOur Company design, develop and manufacture high-tech capital equipment for the semiconductor and related global markets. You’ll be joining our Manufacturing Engineering team, providing operational support and solutions from our head office in Newport.Purpose of the Role:This role represents an excellent opportunity for someone looking to establish a career in a fast-growing, award-winning, global semiconductor company with a clearly defined career development path.This role is part of our 2025 Graduate programme and will start in September 2025.Company Introduction:Following the Company’s extensive onboarding and introduction program, you will join our Graduate Development programme which includes: Technical Classroom training, Soft-skills training, Team building, Corporate responsibility activities and finally placement across all of our Operations and process teams.It is not required for you to already have the skills and knowledge to perform the role, full on the job training will be provided through our graduate develop scheme. This position may require working some shift patterns to fully utilise our state-of-the-art manufacturing cleanroom and maintaining continuous Production. We will seek to give as much notice as possible where travel or shift work are required.
