The office-based rotation part of this role will be based in our modern state-of-the-art co-working facilities in Moorgate, London. This site, at the heart of London provides fantastic amenities, support services and collaborative workspaces with convenient transport links.

Job Description:

Our Human Health Division maintains a “patient first, profits later” ideology. The organization is comprised of sales, marketing, market access, digital analytics and commercial professionals who are passionate about their role in bringing our medicines to our customers worldwide.

This is a 24-month programme, which includes at least 2 rotations across the duration.

  • Rotation 1: Your first rotation will be in Marketing within one of our 2 business units: Vaccines & Public Health or Oncology.
  • Subsequent rotations: These will be finalised during your first year of the programme

Where do you start…?

Marketing

You’ll begin your journey as a Graduate Marketing Associate within one of our 2 business units, where you will be responsible for supporting a range of key brands. You will also actively contribute to the development and implementation of strategic and tactical brand plans. In addition, through other projects, you will develop an understanding of other functions and how they work together within the business. This role will provide any individual looking to begin a career in healthcare with a strong foundation in pharmaceutical marketing.

Duties

  • Takes a proactive approach and works collaboratively with immediate franchise team colleagues across the Business Unit as well as core cross functional teams
  • Supports the franchise team to deliver strategic and tactical brand plans
  • Responsible for building and developing marketing and engagement campaigns
  • Understands and applies regulatory/compliance requirements

What’s next?

In discussion with your manager and other senior leaders across our organisation, your subsequent rotations may sit within one of several functions ranging from (but not limited to) additional marketing, field sales, commercial, medical, and market access. This decision will be guided by the needs of the business alongside your interests and experiences thus far – a real opportunity for you to follow your passions.

Your duties within your second year will be clearly defined at the time, but in any case, they will link to the company strategy and will have clear objectives attached.

What happens at the end of the 24-month scheme?

Throughout the 24-month scheme you will receive guidance and mentoring to not only help you through your current role, but also to prepare you for applications to permanent roles within the organisation, with the aim that you will continue your career journey with us.

Technical Specifications

  • Our Graduate Programmes are entry level programmes and designed for graduates with limited or no prior work experience within this field. If you already have 3+ years’ experience within this field, we recommend exploring other opportunities available on our website
  • Studying/studied towards a degree (or equivalent qualification) in a STEM discipline (Science, Technology, Engineering, Maths) or Business-related discipline or MPharm.
  • Project management experience with examples of delivering initiatives from start to finish with clear goals and objectives
  • Demonstrates an interest in the healthcare landscape in the UK, including NHS structure
  • A full UK Driving License is desirable.
