Join Our Talent Pool for Senior Funding Analysts (Grant Writer/Editors)Are you an experienced and passionate writer seeking a remote-first opportunity where your skills make a significant impact? We hire for our Senior Funding Analyst roles (externally advertised as Grant Writer/Editors) on a quarterly basis, and we’re building a talent pool of interested candidates to connect with when these roles reopen.About the RoleAs a Senior Funding Analyst at Grantify, you’ll play a key role in converting deals related to grants and similar initiatives. Reporting to our Lead Consultant, you’ll review and edit grant proposals, collaborate closely with applicants, and ensure the highest standards of quality assuranceResponsibilities:

• Grant Review and Editing: Assess and enhance grant proposals for accuracy, clarity, and compliance with guidelines.
• Communication and Collaboration: Work directly with applicants and collaborate with the Business Development team for comprehensive grant applications.
• Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain high-standard processes and provide constructive feedback for continuous improvement.
• Research and Stay Informed: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and funding opportunities to refine our processes.
• Documentation and Reporting: Maintain detailed records and generate reports on grant outcomes.

About You:

• Exceptional command of the English language (written and verbal).
• Interest in tech, innovation, and STEM-related content.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong understanding of business contexts, problems, and objectives.
• Self-motivated, with excellent time management and a proactive, action-oriented approach.
• Experience with public grants in technology (desirable).
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools such as Basecamp, Trello, or

(desirable).Talent Pool DetailsPlease note that this is not an open or live position but an opportunity for you to express your interest in working with Grantify as a Senior Funding Analyst. We hire these positions on a quarterly basis (we’ve hired 19 people into this role so far in 2024), so joining now means you’ll be on our radar when we’re ready to expand the team.Compensation

• We pay a base salary of £40,000

To be eligible for this position, you must be based in the United Kingdom and have the legal right to work here. Please note that we are unable to provide visa sponsorship now or in the future, including extensions or support for existing temporary visas.Our Hiring ProcessWhen our hiring process begins: * Writing Task: Successful candidates will receive a timed writing task, scheduled at a convenient day and time for you. This task is evaluated anonymously by our team.

• Final Interview: Candidates who pass the writing task will be invited to a one-hour interview where you’ll learn more about the role and our team. This interview includes a role-play exercise, with preparation materials sent 60 minutes ahead of the session.
• Decision and Offer: Following the interview, we will decide whether to proceed with an offer.
