A production company that specializes in the industrial and hydraulic hose industry is adding a Machine Operator to their night shift team!

This is a full-time, temporary-to-hire job with a great Monday-Thursday schedule (3-day weekends!). You’ll be provided with excellent training, cross-training and career advancement opportunities as they love to promote from within.

Machine Operator Job Duties:

• Monitor chemical levels and chemicals as necessary to
  keep machine running
• Entering settings onto the machine’s display – learning how to
  run a program for production
• Test products to ensure they meet client expectations
• Use hand tools to perform routine maintenance on equipment

Machine
Operator Requirements:

• 1+ year of machine operator experience
• Ability to stand, bend, and crouch for 10+ hours a day
• Production or manufacturing experience, with a minimum
  of 6 months
• Machine operating experience a plus
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.

Schedule: Monday – Thursday, 5pm-5:30am

*Overtime opportunities available

Pay: $20/hour 

Location: North Portland near NE Columbia Blvd –
not public accessible
