Job Title – Group Credit Controller – Insurance / Lloyd’s Market / MGA ExperienceJob Market – Insurance Credit ControlJob Location – LondonGroup Credit Controller – About the roleMy client are a fast-growing Managing General Agent (MGA) specialising in a diverse range of insurance products.They are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Group Credit Controller to join their team.Group Credit Controller – Key dutiesYou will help in formalising the processes and procedures within the credit control team. You will work to build and maintain strong relationship with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure efficient credit management.Build strong relationships with the Brokers, identifying key contacts to ensure quick and consistent cash collectionGood understanding of the policies and expected cashWork closely with the Operations team to ensure correct recording of aged debtDevelop strong and trustworthy reporting on the debt levelsCorrect allocation of cash from the bank transactionsWork closely with Treasury in cash flow forecasting for weekly, monthly and yearly viewKey Credit control contact for implementation of new Underwriting and finance systemFocus on automation to allow deep dive into analysisGroup Credit Controller – Key requirements3+ years of experience in working within Credit control function – ideally within an MGAStrong communication skills both verbal and writtenExperience of having setup new processes and procedures within Credit controlExperience of working within International entities with relationships with banks beneficialExperience of finance systems implementationStrong reporting skillsAlong with our client, we are committed to a diverse workforce and as such recruit from a wide available pool of talent, with the hiring, assessment and selection process being fair, free from bias and one which ensures the right person is selected for the job, based on merit.
