Group Health Benefits BrokerOur client is seeking an experienced Group Health Benefits Broker to play a key role in designing, implementing, and managing comprehensive employee group benefits programs. This position reports directly to the President and involves close collaboration with various insurance carriers to negotiate tailored coverage plans that meet client needs while ensuring full compliance with Ontario’s regulatory standards.The ideal candidate brings a deep understanding of the insurance industry, exceptional communication and negotiation skills, and a strong commitment to delivering client-focused solutions.This is a dynamic opportunity for a motivated professional to drive the growth and sustainability of client organizations, establish long-term relationships, and build a rewarding career in the insurance brokerage industry.Primary Responsibilities:Marketing/Business Development:

What You Need to Bring:3–5 years in group benefits or insurance brokerage.Valid LLQP (Life License Qualification Program) certification required.Valid RIBO license preferred.In-depth understanding of group health benefits plans, including life, disability, health, dental, and wellness products.Comprehensive knowledge of the insurance market and Ontario-specific legislation.Strong written and verbal communication abilities.Exceptional negotiation and presentation skills.Proven ability to build trust and rapport with diverse stakeholders.Proficiency in analyzing client data to recommend effective solutions.Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.Proficiency in using benefits management software and tools.Familiarity with CRM platforms for tracking client interactions.Relevant post-secondary education in business, insurance, or a related field.Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):Client Retention Rate: Maintain a client retention rate of 90% or higher annually.New Business Acquisition: Secure a minimum of 5 new group health clients per quarter.Revenue Growth: Achieve a 10% increase in brokerage revenue year-over-year.Client Satisfaction Score: Maintain an average satisfaction score of 4.5/5 or above in client feedback through the use of Google reviews.Policy Renewal Success: Achieve a renewal success rate of at least 95% for existing clients.Compliance Adherence: Ensure 100% compliance with Ontario regulations in all recommended plans.Why Join This Team?
