Transdev is hiring a Group Prospective Manager (W/M)You role
As the Group Prospective Manager, you supports the different HQ departments and Countries in the anticipation of future evolutions of the markets (social, economic, political, regulatory, technological…), in close relationship with countries and other HQ departments and all kind of partners (from start-ups to other Groups) having a link with Transdev core business.You are more precisely in charge of the following missions:
– Active strategic watch in sectors likely to shape the future of mobility
Gather mobility trends observations useful to Transdev strategy thinking
Analyse the impacts of trends on the evolution of the mobility industry and on Transdev business model
Elaborate prospective scenarios from this analysis
Consolidate yearly insights & studies in an annual prospective book to be spread widely in the Group– Feed Strategy and Group communication teams with relevant prospective insights to support Group strategy engagement– Drive specific prospective studies at request of Corp or countries– Partner with different HQ departments to support them with prospective methods (ex: Autonomous Vehicles, Zero Emissions, Green strategy, HR/future of work…)– Participate to Group/country projects embedding a long term dimension
– Participate to external communities in the field of prospective.Your profile
Master’s degree from a top business of engineering school, in Economics, Management, Business Administration, or Political Sciences with Strong expertise in prospective and strategic analysis and market intelligence (supposing Economics and/or Marketing proficiency).Your location
Strategy Department supports the Excom and the countries leaders in the definition of the Group strategy. At the heart of the global societal and environmental transitions, Transdev develops differenciating offers to serve its territories and fulfil its high ambitions in terms of sustainable growth.Permanent position located in Headquarter – Paris, France, with missions in the different countries.Skills !
– Good knowledge of the mobility sector and digital economy
– Good understanding of digital ecosystems architecture
– High collaborative skills in decentralized organization
– Strongly customer-oriented spirit
– High ability to set-up cross-company partnerships
– Significant experience in international project management is useful considering the job perimeter
