Residence Inn Edinburgh are on the look-out for a Part-Time Guest Experience Expert to join our team!
About us : We are a first-class location in the heart of the city! Our aparthotel has 107 rooms and is well suited for long-term business travellers and leisure guests. Spacious suites with full kitchens offer the comforts of the modern home, while employees provide service with a human touch to business and leisure travellers alike. Main Responsibilities:
Using our company standard to anticipate and deliver on guests needs
Confident and professional engagement with guests at all times
Ensuring every process involved in check-in and check-out are completed
Processing all payments types including room charges, cash and debit/credit
Communicate between departments appropriately on specific guest requests
Providing helpful information and recommendations to our guests
Assisting with all F&B activities
