Guest Service Representative I Call Center

A Seattle-Based iconic manufacturer, that is best known for their casual resort wear, is looking to build their world-class Guest Service Representative team. 

This Guest Service Representative position is a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity that offers weekly pay, a set schedule, and paid
hands-on training with a mentor.

Guest Service Representative Responsibilities:

• Take inbound
  phone calls related to guest purchases and order management
• Help guests
  place orders over the phone
• Accurately
  document notes in guests’ accounts
• Track and
  manage orders
• Assist with
  returns, exchanges, and related issues

Guest Service Representative Requirements:

• 1+ year recent
  customer service experience
• Intermediate Microsoft
  Office Experience
• Previous
  experience operating a multi-line phone system
• Ability to multi-task

A passion for customer service, strong phone and computer
skills, along with a desire to learn, will help you succeed as a Guest Service Representative!

• Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday 8:30a-5p (Off Wednesday, Thursday )
• Sunday, Monday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday 8:30a-5p (Off Tuesday, Wednesday )
