Reporting Group:The Hire Place UKImage PlaceholderWe are The Hire Place UK, part of the Places for People Group; we are looking for a Cabin Maintenance Operative (Handyperson/Multi Skilled Operative) to provide a high quality and efficient maintenance service, preparing site cabins for hire, maintenance, and repairs on hiring sites in Merstham, Surrey.An excellent opportunity for anyone who would like to progress.We are a busy and expanding tool, construction equipment and site accommodation hire company looking for a versatile Multi Skilled Operative/Handy Person, to join our cabin maintenance team, based in our hire depot in Merstham.On site work , and occasionally working away for short periods are also a part of this role.More about your role.You will carrying out maintenance and repairs to handy individual site cabins and/or customers sites or premises. You’ll undertake pre-delivery and off-hire inspections on repairs and organise work schedules. You will do this within agreed time frames ensuring that all the above are carried out within Health & Safety guidelines and the Group’s Health & Safety Policy.Your core activities will include:
