  • Maximize long-term profitability through excellent leadership and mentorship of your team.

Requirements:

  • Over 3 years of experience leading a culinary team in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated skilled business sense in inventory management, food cost, labor and scheduling, and variable costs.
  • Proven leadership skills in developing people and motivating them to perform at their best.
  • Deep passion for maintaining the highest level of food quality.
  • Energetic, upbeat, and ambitious individual.
  • Strong communication skills with a patient and understanding approach.
  • Track record of achieving both professional and personal goals.
  • Legal eligibility to work in Canada.
