Job Description:๐Ÿ“ Sheffield Hybrid Role โ€“ min 3 days p/w in office, 2 remote/wfh or office if you prefer.๐Ÿš‚ Twice per month travel to London office โ€“ travel paid.๐Ÿ—“๏ธ 40 hours per week, Mon โ€“ Fri.Our mission:

  • Like all scale-ups itโ€™s been a bit of a rollercoaster journey, but weโ€™re now stronger than ever, with around 3,000 letting agents using the platform, exciting and varied products and 350+ Goodlordians across the group supporting the mission! ๐Ÿ’š

The Opportunity:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive account management strategy aligned with the companyโ€™s Revenue and EBITDA targets.
  • Responsible for a team of Account Managers across our Sheffield and London offices to include but not limited to; providing coaching, mentoring and performance feedback via managers, hiring and developing a high-performing team, build on a positive, growth led and collaborative team culture.
  • Drive customer satisfaction & loyalty by delivering exceptional value.
  • Lead the adoption of innovative digital tools and technologies to enhance AM processes.
  • Oversee, as a key stakeholder, on the selection, implementation and ongoing management of our CRM systems

What we need from you:

  • Proven track record in leading successful account management teams with clear P&L impact demonstrated
  • Proven experience in managing managers, with at least two direct reporting lines, and overseeing the overall management of a team comprising a minimum of 10 individuals
  • Deep understanding of customer relationship management principles and best practices.
  • Experience in a digital environment and managing large customer bases.
