£24-30k + up to 10% bonus
37.5 hours per week

Start date: March/April 2025🔹 Key ResponsibilitiesManage daily club operations to keep venues running smoothly, safely, and efficiently.
Handle customer bookings, inquiries, and coordinate private events and tournaments to maximise venue usage.
Track and improve the customer experience, using feedback to refine our offerings.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including corporate partners and local organisations.
Monitor performance by tracking key metrics and ensuring operational efficiency.
Ensure smooth venue operations by streamlining processes and improving workflows.
Lead on conflict resolution, handling customer and staff issues with professionalism.
Oversee venue maintenance to uphold high safety standards and create a great playing environment.
Hire, train, and manage club staff, fostering a strong team culture and ensuring high performance.What We’re Looking ForEssential:Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Leadership experience with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.
Customer-focused with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Experience in operations, logistics, and venue management.
Ability to drive growth, improve processes, and enhance customer experience.
Comfortable handling difficult conversations with customers, staff, and stakeholders.
Self-motivated and able to manage remote operations efficiently.
Full driving licence required.Desirable:
Experience in venue management and growth.
Background in business development or community growth.
Knowledge of beach volleyball or similar sports environments.
Experience in staff hiring, training, and development.
Familiarity with digital booking platforms and CRM tools.
Knowledge of kids’ holiday camp operations.Success in This Role Looks Like
