Your work will ensure our footprint mirrors the communities in which we work and the young people we support.This role is perfect for you if you have a strong track record in operational management (ideally 5 years plus) together with the experience of leading a large staff team with knowledge of foundational employability and enterprise and if you are seeking a role where you can shape, influence, and implement, ensuring excellent standards of delivery.
