We are looking to appoint a Head of Delivery to join our team at Konica Minolta!As a member of the Senior Leadership Team, the Head of Delivery will define and drive a seamless order to delivery experience for our products and associated services. This role will ensure industry-leading end-to-end processes are established, followed and continually improved so we have the right product available, configured, delivered and returned at end of its lifecycle. The role will have overall ownership of the order to delivery journey, with a clear focus on efficiency and visibility, whilst mitigating risks to our company, our customers, revenue recognition and profitability.   • Strategic Planning and data driven decision making: Working cross-functionally you will be responsible for the development, implementation and continuous improvement of the end-to-end order to delivery journey.
  • Alignment and Leadership: Provide clear operational and strategic alignment across the Logistics and Operations functions, overseeing the daily operations and strategy across the end-to-end order to delivery process. With a clear focus on strategies and processes that maximize efficiency and optimise cost effectiveness oversee all budgets, procurement and vendor management.
  • Continuous Improvement: Drive improvements in the Order to Cash process, supporting the automation of key processes and improving the accuracy and efficiency of throughout the order to delivery lifecycle.
  • Supplier & Vendor Management – Manage relationships with all key Supply Chain and Logistics suppliers and vendors, across the lifecycle of the relationship, fostering effective working relations and ensuring best-value and service for Konica Minolta and our customers.
  • Team Development: Lead and develop team members, ensuring they have the capability to perform their roles with clearly defined career paths. Enable strong performance, always ensuring cross-functional collaboration. Develop and promote internal mobility with defined succession plans for all leadership roles.
  • Stakeholder Management: Be a visible leader for both internal and external stakeholders, including suppliers, customers and the wider Konica Minolta organisation, as a key escalation point, a credible expert and thought leader.
  • Cross-functional management: Collaborate cross functionally with teams across the business, including but not limited to Project Management, Sales, Customer Success, Professional Services, Support and Finance Leaders to support customer order and pipeline management, reporting, forecasting and budgeting.
  • Reporting: Develop and manage key performance metrics to measure, monitor and analyse the performance across the end-to-end delivery process and associated teams.
