In this pivotal role, you’ll be the driving force behind our revenue growth, developing and implementing cutting-edge strategies that capture the attention of new customers and nurture existing relationships.This is an opportunity to make a significant impact on a growing business. You’ll have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge marketing technologies, collaborate with a diverse and talented team, and shape the future of our demand generation efforts.What You’ll Do:

  • Architect and execute comprehensive, multi-channel demand generation strategies that deliver scalable revenue growth
  • Spearhead the implementation of always-on digital nurture programs
  • Collaborate with the CSO to refine ideal customer profiles and ‘right to win’ strategies
  • Harness the power of marketing automation to streamline lead generation
  • Analyze campaign performance with a keen eye, embracing a test-and-learn approach to continuously optimize results and ROI
  • Oversee global in-market lead generation activities, ensuring a steady stream of high-quality leads for our sales team
  • Develop and maintain insightful dashboards and reports to track the effectiveness of demand generation activities
  • Manage budgets efficiently, maximizing the return on every marketing dollar spent
  • Lead and mentor a team of demand generation specialists across multiple region

Skills and Experience:

  • A bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field
  • Several years of experience in B2B demand generation across multiple geographies
  • A proven track record of developing and executing successful, data-driven, multi-channel campaigns
  • Strong proficiency in marketing automation tools and CRM systems
  • Demonstrable results in account growth, recurring revenue, and new account penetration
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and deliver results under pressure

Preferred kills:

  • Experience with digital marketing channels and account-based marketing strategies
  • Knowledge of the loyalty and promotional marketing industry
  • Project management certification
