The post-holder will ensure the delivery of high-performing, cost-effective infrastructure and digital workplace services across the organisation, enhancing agility, flexibility and productivity.Your Objectives And Responsibilities Will Focus On…

  • Collaborating with senior leaders across IT, corporate functions and business units to support current ways of working and to unlock further benefits in productivity, automation and collaboration, while maintaining robust security
  • Development and implementation of strategies for connectivity, infrastructure, cloud services, and digital workplace technologies aligned with organisational goals
  • Driving continuous improvement (CI) initiatives to enhance service quality and efficiency
  • Oversight of the development and maintenance of IT service catalogues and service level agreements (SLAs)
  • Establishing and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and SLAs for IT service support teams
  • Defining and implementing well-structured operational services, utilising internal and external resource provision as required
  • Enabling seamless communication and collaboration of IT systems and services globally for multiple user types and preferences
  • Staying up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies; driving the adoption of new tools and technologies to improve service efficiency and effectiveness

Your Previous Experience Is Likely To Include….

  • Building and managing large technical teams globally, as well as managing a portfolio of technical programmes
  • Responsibility for global network infrastructure, cloud services, or similar operational teams
  • Demonstrating strategic business acumen and understanding of organisational strategy, and delivering on that strategy
  • Managing the operational delivery of critical IT services to a global user base
  • Management of commercial agreements, particularly with Microsoft
