We’re really excited to be partnering with a renowned global agency that is known for its innovative and strategic approach to creating impactful, social-first campaigns. With global offices, the agency works with an impressive roster of premium brands across a range of industries, including beauty, fashion, and lifestyle. Due to growth, they are hiring a Head of Events to join the team in their Central London office.What You’ll Be Doing
As Head of Events, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end management of high-impact events, spanning activations, international trips, pop-ups, and large-scale retail takeovers. You’ll lead a talented events team, ensuring the flawless execution of multiple events running concurrently. You will be the main point of contact for high-profile clients, managing relationships, driving creative direction, and overseeing the production of proposals, budgets, and logistics. Your role will also involve participating in pitches and new business development, working closely with the senior management team to help grow the events division.The events you manage will primarily focus on the beauty and lifestyle sectors, ensuring that every detail is executed to perfection. Your leadership will guide the team through the design, development, and delivery of memorable experiences for luxury brands and their audiences.What Experience You’ll Need
- Prior experience working in an event agency managing large-scale events, particularly within the beauty, lifestyle, and/or luxury sectors.
- Agency experience in a senior events role; whether that’s Event Lead, Senior Event Producer, or Head of Events.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage a team and coordinate multiple events at once.
- Solid background in client relationship management, with experience working with premium brands.
- Experience in creating and managing event budgets, proposals, and logistics.
- An understanding of event activations, pop-ups, and other creative brand experiences.
- A passion for beauty and lifestyle events, with a deep understanding of the latest trends in these sectors.
- A hands-on approach with a strategic mindset, contributing to new business opportunities and pitches.
