Join our 50-strong, dynamic team and help us shape the future of data management.The Role – Head of MarketingAs our Head of Marketing, you’ll report directly to the CEO and Founder, , and partner closely with our Global VP of Sales, , to build on early growth and success in the business. Your focus will be on building out our Partnership strategy, specifically with Microsoft, and targeting large Enterprises through ABM and other demand generation strategies to build our customer base and quickly catalyse revenue growth within the business.What you will do:

  • Set and build out Marketing strategy, playbook, and team structure for CluedIn, with a particular focus on Demand Generation, ABM, and Partner Marketing
  • Be in lock step with

, CEO at CluedIn, to understand the top priorities in driving awareness for CluedIn as a business * Develop, implement, and execute comprehensive ABM, demand generation, and partner marketing strategies aligned with business objectives to drive top-of-funnel pipeline growth

  • Develop, implement, and execute partner marketing initiatives with strategic partners, such as events, content, and co-marketing strategies
  • Drive event marketing initiatives, including virtual and in-person events, to create engagement opportunities and generate leads
  • Lead the creation and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across a variety of channels (including email, social, SEO, events, webinars, content marketing, etc) to drive engagement and conversions
  • Partner with Sales teams to ensure alignment and integration of demand generation efforts with overall business goals
  • Utilise data-driven insights to continually assess and optimise campaign performance, ensuring maximum ROI and effectiveness
  • Strengthen and refine Cluedin’s presence as a thought leader in the data management space through content creation, industry partnerships, competitive intelligence and speaking engagements, in order to elevate CluedIn’s brand and drive top-of-funnel growth
  • Be a magnet for talent. Build, develop and motivate a high performing marketing team, rigorously managing performance

What you will bring:

  • Previous experience building and scaling Marketing functions in early-stage B2B SaaS, with data driven mindset and a passion for building out teams and processes from scratch
  • Experience having held a Marketing leadership role in a fast growth B2B SaaS startup, ideally having seen the $5-20m ARR journey
  • Strong B2B SaaS Demand Generation and Partner Marketing experience, preferably in the data management or adjacent space. Previous Microsoft Partner experience is a plus
  • Strong strategic mindset with the ability to develop and execute complex demand generation strategies that result in business growth
  • Innovative thinker with a creative approach to campaign development and problem-solving
  • Proven success in creating and managing ABM programs that deliver measurable results; aggressive growth mentality when building leads
  • Proven ability to lead a team and inspire cross-functional teams to achieve ambitious goals in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience building and developing go-to-market strategies alongside cross-functional teams for top-of-funnel pipeline growth
  • Experience hiring, managing, training and developing high performing marketing teams
  • Credibility conversing on technical topics and track record having successfully marketed highly technical products
  • Builder mentality, hustle and drive to excel
