The Head of Marketing Ops will play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction of our marketing initiatives. This role will report to the VP Revenue Operations, with a dotted line to VP Marketing, and will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing marketing processes and tools that drive efficiency across marketing functions in alignment with business objectives. This role will also be responsible for implementing best practices, streamlining workflows, and leveraging technology to achieve our operational goals in line with our values, brand, and culture.

Strategic Operations: Develop and implement scalable marketing operations processes – including lead routing, scoring, campaign operations, and program and content automation to drive efficiency and effectiveness, contributing directly to the company’s growth trajectory.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with diverse teams to align marketing strategies with overarching business objectives, fostering a unified approach towards success. Partner with revenue operations to align our GTM strategy, improve funnel conversions, and provide enablement to the marketing and sales teams.
Technology Management: Oversee and optimize the marketing technology stack, ensuring seamless integration of tools that empower the marketing team to excel.
Data-Driven Insights: Analyze marketing data and metrics to provide actionable insights, guiding continuous improvement in marketing strategies and performance.
Budget Oversight: Manage budget allocation and tracking for marketing initiatives, maximizing return on investment and ensuring financial efficiency.
5+ years of experience in marketing operations, preferably in the software industry and SaaS
Proven track record in marketing operations and driving efficiencies and effectiveness
In-depth knowledge of the marketing technology landscape – including Marketing automation platforms (Hubspot preferred), CRM systems, and analytics tools and best practices
Proficient analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making
Ability to collaborate closely with a globally dispersed team
Interested in a fast-paced company with the desire to learn quickly across a constantly changing environment
Excellent communicator in written and verbal form, ability to work well with executives, and able to lead, facilitate, and influence across multiple levels and multiple functions within an organization
