Head of OperationsExciting new opportunity for a Head of Operations to work for an Executive Search Firm where you will report to the Managing Partner and be responsible for implementing and managing the firm’s operational and business objectives whilst supporting the MP on a day to day basis. This is a hands on role and you will lead and manage the support and research functions to drive process and productivity improvements across the business. Your main responsibilities will be:-Lead the implementation, development and operation of all business systems and processes, including technological and operational solutions.Contribute to the maintenance of tight controls over back-office and wider business expenditure, working closely with the Managing Partner and COO/CFO to maintain tight financial discipline.Responsible for leading on process improvement across all areas of the business to drive and instill a culture of continuous and constructive change, largely aimed at modernising the business and driving productivity.Play an active role in the ongoing efforts to further professionalize the business.Ensure that a ‘People, Platform and Product’ mindset, aligned with the firms’ values are embedded within all business processes and behaviour.Contribute to the building and maintenance of a talent pipeline for Partner and Principal hires, developing relationships with specific targets and relevant third parties.Responsible for all matters related to hiring, retention and development of the Support and Research teams.Working closely with the Chief Operating Officer, Marketing Director, and HR Director to ensure day to day activities and project work is delivered in an efficient and effective manner.Manage external suppliers proactively to ensure best service and value.This role is a full time position and will require four days a week in the London office.Please apply for further information on this new opportunity.
