Role Title: Head of PeopleReporting into: Director of People PartneringContract Type: FTC/Secondment – 9 monthsWhat you’ll do:

• Lead a multi-disciplinary People & Change team to deliver an embed the people change strategy of the Agile for Sky transformation.
• Partner with senior leaders across Group Technology, Commercial and COO to land and embed the Agile for Sky transformation, ensuring leaders are set up to lead their people through the change successfully.

Collaborate across the centres of excellence (Reward, Talent, D&I, Recruitment) to develop and embed critical Agile capabilities that align with organisational priorities.
Provide leadership support and development to the People & Change team, coaching them through complexity and ambiguity. * Lead complex transformation design principles, execution and embedding as well as cultural change at scale operating collaboratively in a matrix structure.

• Work collaboratively with the wider Agile for Sky Programme team to drive the right outcomes for our business and people, using your extensive people experience and workforce insights to coach others and enable more effective decisions.

What you’ll bring:

• Demonstrable success developing trusted partnerships with senior leaders across multiple business areas with an ability to cut through complexity to influence and challenge as appropriate, often balancing multiple competing priorities and needs
• Demonstrable experience leading significant people transformation/ change projects, including organisational design methodology and navigating through ambiguity
• The agility and resilience to navigate through ambiguity and setbacks with an ongoing willingness, to work across a range of different client areas, in support of business requirements
• A good understanding of Sky’s business priorities, and the ability to recognise how HR levers can be used in support of business strategy in the longer-term
• Customer-led & simplifying, capable of developing practical and workable solutions, keeping things as simple as possible
• Great judgement, knowing how to balance pragmatism and best practice in ensuring your work is tuned to supporting the business achieve its aims
• Creative and action-oriented, bringing a positive, solutions-focused approach to your work. And you’ll be able to priorities your efforts for maximum impact with pace of delivery
• Collaborative and inclusive, able to flex leadership style to work effectively with colleagues across the Business and in HR to enable collective success
