You’ll enjoy the flexibility and friendly environment of a small organization while benefiting from the advantages of a well-established global group (support, mobility, career development, diversity, etc.).In our Hager Energy Business Unit, you will contribute to its strategy and be responsible for defining the product offering (physical products, digital solutions, and services) to align with our customers’ needs, ensuring profitable growth of your team’s product ranges.As a Head of PMO M/F/D you will report to the Lead Director of Charging Business in the Business Unit Hager Energy based in Saverne for a CDI contract.As Head of PMO (Project Management Office) – Charging Business, you’ll be accountable for execution and delivery of all operations and strategic programs and initiatives in Hager Charging Business, in full alignment and compliance with all necessary tools, processes and KPIs of Hager Group. You deliver – On Scope, On Time, On Budget, On Cost programs and initiatives. You understand the impact you’ll create on the Business success, playing one of the most vital roles in the Charging Business.What you will do?

  • Drive Strategic and Operational Execution: ensure all initiatives for Hager Charging Business meet scope, timeline, budget, and cost targets, consistently delivering high-quality outcomes aligned with company goals.
  • Establish and Oversee Governance Framework : Create a governance model that ensures visibility and transparency in team competencies, resource capacity (internal and external), and adaptability to changing project requirements, supporting effective change management.
  • Define and Monitor KPIs for Success: Set, track, and review key performance indicators (KPIs) for all programs and initiatives, using structured routines for monitoring, reporting, and achieving targets.
  • Adapt Company Processes and Tools for Charging Business : Tailor company-wide processes and tools to meet the specific needs of the Charging Business, ensuring accuracy and relevance of data across all programs and initiatives.
  • Lead End-to-End Program Management: Manage projects and initiatives from start to finish, coordinating efforts across internal teams and external partners to achieve strategic outcomes outside of traditional hierarchies.
  • Build and Inspire a High-Performance Team: Lead a project/program management team to achieve steady improvements, championing best practices in Quality, Safety, Environment, and Sustainability standards across all initiatives.

What about you ?

  • You have a BSc or MSc in a technical field such as electrical/electronics engineering or software development.
  • You have 15+ years of experience in program management, ideally in company-level leadership roles, with a proven track record of delivering high-tech products and solutions on target.
  • You have in-depth knowledge of the e-mobility industry and program management tools, with expertise in agile methodologies and end-to-end product lifecycle management.
  • You are skilled in strategic thinking, analytics, and team leadership, with experience building high-performing teams.
  • You are adaptable, collaborative, and fluent in English; additional languages (e.g., French, German) are a plus.
