So if you think you might be a good fit for the role, but don’t necessarily meet every single requirement on the job posting, we still encourage you to apply.WHO WE ARE LOOKING FORHead of Product, VeterinaryYou will lead a highly collaborative product team that helps Veterinarians deliver better care to pet parents or deliver better care to pets and create meaningful connections to pet parents.This Director level position has a significant veterinary focus, including end-to-end responsibility for a product experience that helps our veterinarians increase patient compliance and generate pharmacy revenue by creating simple, relevant and automated experiences.This is a full-time, remote position.WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Lead the generation and execution of a hypothesis- and data-informed prioritized roadmap across vet-facing B2B products.
- Manage a team of product managers.
- Define successful product outcomes with clearly measurable objectives and key results. Create team accountability against goals.
- Communicate crisply and concisely in any medium. Demonstrate strong storytelling and narrative writing capabilities.
- Develop an innovative and effective strategy to enhance the veterinary experience through automation and integration across a multi-product portfolio. (Vet focus)
- Leverage online controlled experiments and quantitative and qualitative user insights to make data-informed decisions. Make tradeoffs to balance long-term and short-term growth that benefit the user and the business.
- Create strong cross-functional relationships especially with sales teams. Influence positive outcomes by working across the team, cross-functional partners, and leadership.
WHAT YOU BRING
- BS/BA with an emphasis in technology, IT or Operations.
- 5+ years of extensive product management experience, ideally either working on B2B product management in animal health.
- Experience building a platform from a multi-product portfolio (Vet focus).
- 3+ years of experience leading teams of product managers including managing managers and/or senior team members to achieve their best.
