Head of Property Services

As Head of Property Services, you’ll deliver expert guidance to support church and charity leaders with complex property decisions. Whether its leasing, acquiring or developing land or buildings, you will help make property work effectively for their ministry. You’ll lead and inspire a growing team, setting the standard for expert advice and mission-driven property solutions. You’ll be a fantastic communicator and bring significant experience in managing commercial property transactions, coordinating professionals, and consulting with a diverse range of stakeholders.

Key details:

• Chartered Surveyor with extensive commercial property experience.
• Passion for helping churches and Christian Organisations grow.
• Strong consulting skills across diverse Christian ministry contexts.
• Leadership and operational management experience.
• Excellent project management and organisational abilities.

We offer flexibility with a part-time or full-time role (3-5 days a week), the option to work remotely, in our Nottinghamshire office, or hybrid, and a competitive salary package depending on your experience.
