Join our team as a Health & Safety Officer at Edgbaston Stadium, where you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring a safe and compliant environment across match days, major events, and day-to-day operations. Working closely with teams across the venue, you’ll lead risk assessments, incident investigations, and emergency planning while promoting a strong health and safety culture. This is a fantastic opportunity to be at the heart of live events, from international cricket matches to large-scale concerts, ensuring the safety and well-being of everyone on-site.If you have the following skills and experience, we’d love to hear from you:

• NEBOSH National General Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety (minimum requirement)
• Proven experience in health and safety management, ideally in a stadium, event, or large-scale venue
• Strong knowledge of health and safety legislation, risk assessment, and incident investigation
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and influence diverse teams
• Strong IT skills for record-keeping and reporting
• Resilience under pressure with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
