With a wide exposure across organizational levels and departments, you will work as a business partner towards our internal customers and enable sound decision making for management. In order to stay ahead of the ever-changing environment, the Offshore Business Controlling team has embarked on a digitalization journey which you will take an active part in.Some of your key tasks will include but not be limited to:Active safety leadership on the vessel and when in the turbine and in the Wind Farm – ensure correct reporting of incidents and accidents, near misses and unsafe acts and conditionsAssist with evidence gathering and assisting Environment Health & Safety (EHS) and vessel manager during an investigation processYou will assist operations and when required take the lead and direct technical supervision of critical tasksGuide and mentor the teams in tools and equipment management to ensure suitable tools and equipment are fit for task and certified / calibrated for useProvide coaching, mentoring and leadership of the technician team and a Technical lead for the management / delivery of technical queries with Service Technology and field staffDevelopment of technician competency and mentoring within area of responsibility for SGRE personnel and approved contractors and also assisting with direct supervision and support of all technicians on shiftKeep records, maintain documentation, follow safety procedures and report technical and safety issuesYou will also participate in development workshops to carry out Risk Assessment Method Statement (RAMS) review / creation to drive and develop Risk Assessments and Method Statements for work packages / tasksYou will assist with maintaining the RAMS register and RAMS SharePoint to ensure that all updated documents are recorded and the most up to date document is available. Ensuring previous are correctly archived and participate with yearly or ad-hoc reviews as requiredYou will assist and when required lead the development and delivering of technical and safety Toolbox Talk’s ensuring that all meetings are recorded and that all records shall be stored correctlyYou will assist with Wind Turbine Safety Rules (WTSR) applications for both Approved Written Procedure (AWP)’s and Energy Isolation Procedure (EIP)’s and take part in meetings between OSL-HL and WTSR authorising engineers to ensure that the documentation is up to date and relevant to the task. You will ensure that all wind farms have the most up to date documents in preparation for Jack up arrival.Providing support to Prep and Finish and Troubleshooting teams when they call for parts or tools. Ensure that you have access to all Wind Turbine Generator (WTG) technical documentation for each platform (E-plans – Maintenance Manuals and spare parts catalogues etc. and can seek and provide relevant part numbers)Coordinates and accomplishes defined tasks within in offshore OSL-HL operationsEscalate technical issues to the vessel manager and OSL-HL project managers that cannot be solved at site, liaise with the local site contact to ensure that they have the most up to date information in the case of further action being required (Salesforce etc.)What you need to be successful and make a differencePassion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change.
