Description

We are seeking a service-oriented and self-motivated professional to join our IT support team. In this role, you will work on maintaining and monitoring the computer systems and networks for our business. You will be tasked with solving complex technical issues and will also collaborate with team members across all departments to assist them with their technical requirements. This position begins as a 6-month contract, with potential for full-time hire.

Job Description:

  • Provide responsive IT support; solve hardware, software, networking issues.

  • Manage and monitor internal IT assets; ensure accurate inventory records.

  • Identify, research, and resolve technical problems.

  • Configure and manage user accounts through Active Directory.

  • Provide technical support, including hardware/software installation and configuration, and repair equipment.

  • Assess system performance and recommend improvements.

  • Generate and consistently maintain IT-related reports.

    Requirements

  • Proven experience in a help desk technician or other IT support roles.

  • Technical savvy; must have knowledge of office automation products, databases, and remote control.

  • Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products.

  • Must be able to diagnose and resolve technical issues.

  • Excellent communication skills.

  • Proficient in English.

  • Customer-oriented and cool-tempered.

  • Must have a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a relevant field.
