are currently recruiting for several HGV Technicians to join a dynamic workshop team and to work for a well-established company in Nottingham area.This role involves maintaining and repairing commercial vehicles and trailers to DVSA standards, ensuring safety, reliability and excellent service delivery for both internal and external customers.Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on all makes of vehicles and trailers to DVSA and company standards.
• Diagnose and rectify faults using technical expertise.
• Attend to disabled vehicles at customer sites when necessary.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations and company processes.
• Accurately complete job cards, service sheets, and return parts in a timely manner.
• Maintain high standards of workshop housekeeping and organization.
• Stay updated with DVSA and product developments and participate in training programs.
• Provide flexible support to team members and participate in site security requirements.

Key Requirements: Essential:

• Technical qualification in commercial vehicles (City & Guilds Level 3, NVQ Level 3, or equivalent).
• Full UK Driving License.
• Minimum 2 years of HGV experience.
• Strong verbal and numerical reasoning skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility in managing workload and supporting colleagues.
• Commitment to delivering high-quality service and maintenance.

Desirable:

• Understanding of commercial vehicles in a rental environment.
• Experience using R2C.
• HGV or Forklift Truck License (preferable but not essential).
