As our new High Performance Coach, Girls Pathway, you’ll play a key role in developing young talent through the Academy, Emerging Player Programmes, and County Age Groups, while also contributing to the success of professional women’s players and occasionally supporting boys’ county coaching.We are especially keen to hear from applicants who can bring an understanding of the unique challenges faced in women’s and girls’ cricket and who are passionate about contributing to its ongoing growth.
