Key Responsibilities of the Hire Controller:As a Hire Controller, you will:

• Handle customer enquiries via phone and email, delivering outstanding service.
• Process hire orders, ensuring smooth and efficient transactions.
• Coordinate deliveries and collections with the transport team.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to secure repeat business.
• Provide expert advice on hire equipment and services.
• Work closely with internal teams to maintain customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
