Actalent is seeking a Bilingual Phlebotomist to join our team!Job DescriptionSeeking a dedicated Phlebotomist to join our team. The schedule is Monday to Friday from 8am to 4pm and Saturday from 8am to 12pm. The role involves greeting patients and verifying their identity before blood collection, explaining procedures to reduce anxiety, performing venipuncture and capillary punctures, and ensuring patient comfort and safety. The successful candidate will also handle specimens properly, maintain accurate records, and ensure all equipment and work areas are clean and well-maintained, adhering to all safety and regulatory guidelines.Shift: Monday-Friday 8am-4pm and Saturday 8am-12pm (6 days a week with opportunity for OT)Experience Level: 1+ year recent experience with straight needle *Bilingual English/Spanish*Must Have Experience with:

• Venipuncture and capillary punctures
• Specimen handling and storage
• Equipment sterilization and disinfection
• Documentation and record maintenance
• Adherence to safety protocols and regulatory guidelines
