Before & After School Child Care Site Director (part time)AlphaBEST: After school is where adventure begins!AlphaBEST believes in the power of wonder to connect students to a world of endless possibilities. We’re looking for leaders like you to be the Captain of our team!*This position is currently eligible for a $500 Hiring Bonus!! You will receive $250 up front and the remaining $250 after 6 months of active work.Location: Forest Hills Lutheran Christian School, 4221 SW Golf Course RdSchedule: No Weekends! Monday-Friday, 6:00am – 8:15am and 2:30pm -6:00pm.Pay & Benefits:
- $22.00 – $25.00 (depending on qualifications/experience)

As an AlphaBEST Captain, you’ll be trained to do the following:
- Lead a fun and dedicated team of Guides that deliver excitement to our student Explorers in fitness, the arts, technology, and more!
- Work collaboratively with peers and the Leadership Team to manage all aspects of the program site.
- Train AlphaBEST Guides on how to lead adventurous tasks that ignite children’s sense of wonder.
- Encourage creativity and intellectual curiosity by establishing clubs that build on students’ interests and talents.
- Provide a caring, family-oriented environment where positive staff, child, parent, and school relationships are fostered at your program site.
Here’s what you’ll need:
- Must have a Bachelor’s degree (in a related field) or equivalent experience
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet program staffing needs
- Must be able to successfully complete a background check as required by Oregon childcare licensing regulations (CBR #)
- Provide proof of experience as required by OR childcare licensing standards
