We assist schools, VA medical center, department of defense locations, and commercial hospitals with their education, medical, counseling, and testing needs nationally.We are hiring a clinical school nurse manager to join our team!RESPONSIBILITIES
- School Nurse – Supervisory, is responsible for carrying out the goals and objectives of the Health Services Program, including management and supervision of classified health employees within the District, divided by region. The School Nurse – Supervisory is under the direct supervision of the Director of Special Services.
- Provides direct, professional nursing services, first aid, illness, and emergency care to students, including nursing assessment, identifying health problems, making referrals for diagnosis and treatment, recommending educational accommodations, providing follow-up and evaluation, and maintaining appropriate documentation.
- Manages and supervises all licensed vocational nurses, other classified health employees, and nursing clerical staff within assigned region.
- Evaluates all licensed vocational nurses, other classified health employees, and nursing clerical staff within assigned region, as required by law;
- Provides orientation and professional development for all licensed vocational nurses and other classified health employees within assigned region;
