Always Best Care Senior Services – Oahu is currently hiring dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) to join our exceptional team. As a CNA at Always Best Care, you will play a vital role in providing comprehensive care, ensuring the overall well-being and comfort of our residents.Responsibilities:

• Deliver compassionate assistance with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, eating, and toileting
• Monitor and promptly report any changes in residents’ physical and mental health to the supervising nurse
• Provide invaluable emotional support and engage residents in recreational activities to enhance their overall well-being
• Observe and meticulously record residents’ vital signs, promptly notifying the nurse of any irregularities
• Maintain clean and organized living spaces for our cherished residents, including handling their laundry when necessary
• Adhere strictly to safety and infection control protocols to safeguard the well-being of our residents
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop personalized care plans tailored to each resident’s unique needs and preferences

Requirements:

• Valid CNA certification from an accredited program
• Minimum of one year of experience in a healthcare or senior care facility
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Availability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Physical ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds
• Satisfactory completion of a criminal background check and drug screening
