It is why we conduct strict hiring process to ensure we have qualified individuals working with us.We are searching for a reliable and compassionate CNA to join our team.The primary goal of the CNA is to provide patients with daily assistance, ensuring that they lead safe, comfortable, and well-managed lives in their own homes.Our ideal candidate will have experience in health care, a patient and understanding approach, and the ability to handle the physical and emotional demands of the job.The daily duties and responsibilities of a CNA include:

• Helping patients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Providing basic healthcare services including checking vital signs like temperature, pulse rate, and respiration rate per the patient’s care plan
• Assisting with light housekeeping tasks such as preparing meals, doing laundry, and tidying up living areas
• Reminding clients to take medications as directed by the supervising healthcare professional
• Helping patients maintain their exercise and physical therapy routines
• Keeping records of patient’s health condition and reporting any significant changes to the supervising nurse
• Assisting patients with mobility, helping them move around the house or outside
• Providing emotional support and companionship to patients, while also educating them about their health conditions
• Assisting patients in setting up transportation to doctor’s appointments and running other essential errands if needed

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Completion of a state-approved CNA certification training course
• Basic first aid and CPR certification
• Physical ability and stamina to perform the role
• Experience in home health care is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Patience, understanding, and empathy
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Clean Background check
• Current TB Test

• Salary: Salary is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
• Pay Range: $16-$19 Hourly

• Shift Differential: Weekends, Holidays, Client Acuity, On Call Weekends
