Hiring Coordinator & HR GeneralistSupports the company and Director of Human Resources in all functional areas of Human Resources, including employee relations, learning and development, benefits and compliance. Responsible for all job postings, identifying, recruiting and screening of potential employees for all company positions. Coordinates college recruiting and attends job fairs. Works with HR Director to plan and lead internal and external events. Marketing experience a plus.Primary Responsibilities:
