Hiring Coordinator & HR GeneralistSupports the company and Director of Human Resources in all functional areas of Human Resources, including employee relations, learning and development, benefits and compliance. Responsible for all job postings, identifying, recruiting and screening of potential employees for all company positions. Coordinates college recruiting and attends job fairs. Works with HR Director to plan and lead internal and external events. Marketing experience a plus.Primary Responsibilities:

  • Consults with company to understand the requirements, duties and qualifications desired for the specified vacant positions.
  • Responsible for creating/posting all job positions through ApplicantPro.
  • Management of applicant process including verification of background checks.
  • Assists the HR Director with all divisions including recruiting and retention, EEO, Safety, Training & Compliance.
  • Work with HR Director to select learning plans for new employees as part of the onboarding process.
  • Attends college recruiting programs through college programs.
  • Attends Career Fairs throughout ND.
  • Assists with the creation of recruiting material.
  • Assists Benefits division as needed.
  • Assists HR Director.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 4-6 years’ experience in Human Resources
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Thorough understanding of EEO, ADA, and other related employment laws and guidelines.
  • 2+ years management experience.
  • BA/BS preferred.
