Review damage report and estimates of repair cost and plan work to be performedClean and maintain work spaceReplace front end components, body components, doors and frame and under body componentsFile, grind and sand body surfaces to be repairedHammer out dents, buckles and defects using blocks and hammersRemove damaged fenders, panels and grills and bolt or weld replacement parts into placeRepair or replace interior componentsOperate soldering equipment or use plastic filler to fill holes, dents and seamsFollow and complete Quality Control documents provided to the team by the managerPre-fit parts on vehicles before completing the repairsEnsure that all tools are being used safelyRequirementsExperience: 6+ Years of working experience as an Auto Body Technician.RequirementsWork conditions and Physical Capabilities: Physically demanding, Attention to detail, Fast-paced environment, Bending, crouching, kneeling, Standing for Extended periods, Manual dexterityPersonal suitability: Team player, Initiative, Client focus, Accurate, Reliability, Judgment, Organized.Language: Good English is requiredBenefitsDental plan,Vision care,Health care plan,Uniforms in plant.Transportation costs are covered if a worker needs to relocate (Airfare Tickets)
