As a vital member of our hospitality team, you’ll contribute to the overall guest experience by ensuring cleanliness and attention to detail in guest rooms and common areas.Responsibilities:

• Perform cleaning duties to uphold high cleanliness standards in guest rooms and common areas.
• Vacuuming, dusting, polishing, cleaning glass and other surfaces/area as needed.
• Change bed linens and replace towels in accordance with hotel standards.
• Replenish amenities and supplies in guest rooms for guest satisfaction.
• Collaborate with front desk staff to prioritize room cleaning and turnover.
• Adhere to hotel policies for cleanliness and guest interactions.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and concerns with a customer-centric approach.
• Follow safety guidelines to maintain a secure and hazard-free environment.
• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while interacting with guests and team members.
• Assist with special cleaning projects as assigned, ensuring overall guest satisfaction.

Hiring Essentials:

• Must have a minimum of 1 year of recent experience as a Housekeeper.
• Must be able to collaborate effectively and professionally in team environments.
• Must possess advanced knowledge of cleaning products, implements, and practices.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must have reliable and consistent transportation.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.
• Must be willing to submit to a Drug Test and Criminal Background Check.
