OverviewTop Guard Security is seeking responsible individuals (ARMED and UNARMED sites available) to secure client facilities and protect client’s employees, customers, tenants, and property from harm, theft, illegal actions, and other negative events. If not, then you would earn $15 unarmed until you become armed and have the armed card.Immediate openings for armed security officers.WE ARE HOLDING A HIRING EVENT ON TUESDAY 12-17-24 FROM 10AM – 2PM AT OUR CHESTERFIELD OFFICE LOCATED AT 10100 IRON BRIDGE ROAD, CHESTERFIELD. PARKING IS IN THE REAR OF THE BUILDING.Duties include:Patrolling the facility by foot and/or golf cart, will need a valid drivers license with a good driving record.Completing radio checks with the other officer and our clientProviding access control at the main entranceChecking in all visitorsCommunicating with various staff on visitors and/or issues occuringOther duties as assigned by Account Manager and/or our clientRequirements

• Must be at least 25 years of age
• Authorized to work in the United States
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screening and background check as a condition of employment
• Must be able to sit, stand or walk for extended periods of time, up to a full 8-hour shift
• Must be able to endure cold and hot weather for extended periods of time, up to a full 8-hour shift
• Occasionally lift or pull up to 50lbs
• Speak audibly, clearly and understandable in order to have information understood or to contact authorities.
• Weekends and holidays required.
• Demonstrate professional demeanor at all times, maintaining company expectations for customer service
• Strong Communication Skills

• Situational decision making; notifications to appropriate personnel as needed
