*Depending on experienceBase wage before tips: $16 – 18 (+ $2-4/hour tips from a pool tips system)Interested in a 4-day workweek schedule while still getting full-time hours?This schedule is offered as an OPTIONAL BENEFIT for those interested & will include four swing shifts that will begin between 10 am – Noon each day and last for 9 hours and 45 minutes with a lunch breakABOUT THE ROLE: As our Porter/Dishwasher, you play a key role in our restaurant operations by ensuring dishes are cleaned, the dish area is organized and sanitation procedures are being followed correctly by all. YOU WILL:

• Wash dishes, pots, etc using dishwashers or by hand.
• Maintain cleanliness in dishwashing and prep kitchen workstations.
• Stock cleaning supplies and dishes in their respective areas.
• Sort and remove trash, placing it in designated pick-up areas.
• Support team members and managers with daily cleaning and food prep tasks.
• Help to maintain the “A” letter grade by following Department of Health and DIG food safety standards.

YOU HAVE:

• The ability to demonstrate and execute a strong work ethic.

• Excellent communication skills.
• An eye for detail and solving challenges.
