DescriptionHiring Immediately- Portfolio Accountant ($85K – $95K + 10% Bonus)Our client has 100 employees total in the company now – they added 35 employees this year alone. 20 employees in accounting right now including 3 in the tax group. They’re adding a couple of new products this year so they’re continuing to grow.They are hiring for Portfolio Accountant, who will prepare the initial financial package to be reviewed by the Assistant Controller and pull together the portfolio management package.Some of their employee reviews:“It was a really fun place to work. About the role:

• Complete periodic desktop audits and communicate results to Asset Managers, including:

o Recovery income audits
o Lease administration audits * Monitor/review monthly financial reports prepared by third-party property managers for assigned real estate assets, including:o Review of financial performance (budget vs. actual)
o Provide guidance on the firm’s accounting practices and ensure complianceQualifications:

• 1-3 years of accounting experience REQUIRED
• BS in Accounting REQUIRED
• Strong Excel skills REQUIRED; Yardi familiarity a plus
• Excellent communication, organization, analytical, and attention to detail skills
