Job Title: Local Truck DriverLocation: El Paso, TXCompensation: $14/hr with comprehensive benefits packageOverview:We are seeking experienced truck drivers to join our team in El Paso, TX. As a local truck driver, you will be responsible for transporting goods within a 40-mile radius of the El Paso area. We offer a variety of schedules to accommodate different preferences, and we provide 100% no-touch freight, ensuring a hassle-free experience for our drivers.Responsibilities:– Safely operate a tractor-trailer with a trailer of 40 feet or more within designated routes.– Transport goods between local destinations within a 40-mile radius of El Paso, TX.– Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations.– Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure the vehicle is in proper working condition.– Maintain accurate records of deliveries and pickups.– Communicate effectively with dispatchers and other team members.Requirements:– Must reside within a 40-mile radius of El Paso, TX.– Minimum 6 months of OTR/Regional experience with tractor-trailer and trailer of 40 feet or more within the last year.– Alternatively, minimum 12 months of OTR/Regional experience with tractor-trailer and trailer of 40 feet or more within the last 3 years.– Houston drivers must have a minimum of 2 years of OTR/Regional experience with tractor-trailer and trailer of 40 feet or more within the past 3 years.– Local, regional, or OTR experience will be considered.– Valid Class A CDL with clean driving record.– Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening and background check.Available Schedules:1. Monday-Friday: 7:00am – 5:00pm with 1 Saturday per month2. Rotating Schedule: 4 days on/4 days off, 3:00pm – 3:00am3. Rotating Schedule: 4 days on/4 days off, 5:00am – 5:00pm4. Rotating Schedule: 4 days on/4 days off, 5:00pm – 5:00am5.
