This position focuses on, but is not limited to dishwashing, trash removal, and mopping. • Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment by hand or using industrial dishwashing machines.
• Clean worktables, walls, refrigerators, meat blocks, and other surfaces.
• Sweep, mop, clean, and vacuum floors for a neat and sanitary kitchen environment.
• Remove and dispose of trash and garbage to designated areas.
• Transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas, ensuring organizational efficiency.
• Use specific chemicals to clean equipment and maintain sanitary standards.
• Handle and store cleaning chemicals in accordance with safety standards.
• Polish silverware when required.
• Wash pots as needed.
• Ensure proper sorting and storage of cleaned dishes and utensils.
• Collaborate with kitchen and service staff.
• Always follow food service sanitation regulations along with health and safety guidelines.

Hiring Essentials:

• Previous experience as a Utility Worker or Dishwasher is required.

• Must be eligible to work in the United States.
