To maintain our reputation for excellence, we are seeking a strategic, resourceful, and proactive Hiring Manager to lead our recruitment efforts and ensure our team is staffed with top-tier talent.Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced, innovative, and driven Hiring Manager with a strong background in recruitment to join our fast-paced and growth-oriented firm. This individual will play a pivotal role in identifying and securing high-impact talent to strengthen our firm’s capabilities. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record in building strong talent pipelines and driving effective hiring initiatives.Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for key legal roles, including senior attorneys, junior attorneys, legal assistants, paralegals, and administrative staff.

Collaborate with firm leadership and department managers to assess hiring needs and develop strategic talent acquisition plans.Cultivate and maintain robust talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, industry networking, and effective relationship-building.Develop impactful, targeted recruitment campaigns to attract highly qualified candidates.Ensure a seamless candidate experience through consistent communication, organized interview processes, and timely feedback.Leverage data-driven insights and hiring analytics to identify trends, improve processes, and achieve measurable outcomes.Establish and maintain partnerships with staffing agencies, job boards, and other recruitment vendors to expand candidate reach.Champion our employer brand to enhance visibility and position Abramson Labor Group as a top destination for legal professionals.QualificationsMinimum 2 years of recruitment experience (legal recruitment is a plus) with expertise in full-cycle hiring within a company, law firm, or legal industry setting.Proven ability to recruit for a broad range of roles, from entry-level support staff to experienced and corporate staff.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-pressure, deadline-driven environment.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to collaborate with leadership, attorneys, and external partners.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume setting while maintaining a detail-oriented approach.Experience utilizing applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools to drive efficiencies.Additional InformationThis is a full-time, in-person position based in Burbank, CA.
